The use isomalto-oligosaccharide instead of soluble corn Fiber, so I might be able to handle them and the nutritional info looks good. Only slight red flag is the amount of sugar alcohol, but I think I'd be willing to give them a try. Do you know any brick-and-mortar stores that sell them? JamieLogical 8,710 Posted July 18, 2016 At what point did everyone add Protein bars into their diet??? I'm 6 weeks post op GB RNY. The day I was allowed solid foods (40 days post-op), because I was SO OVER Protein shakes at that point. However, I was only able to eat maybe 3/4 of One Bar over the course of about an hour and felt miserable after. So definitely take it slower than I did! RedE2Go 3 Posted July 20, 2016 I find that my sweet cravings go away when I add more Protein to my diet. Good luck, it's such a pain to want something that may not be healthy. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
