teaqueen 113 Posted December 31, 2015 I saw a recipe out here somewhere for a ricotta cheese bake. It was essentially ricotta with a bit of parmessian cheese and Italian seasoning topped with some sauce and baked. The recipe is reminiscent of lasagna, but no Pasta or meat. Covers the soft food requirements and has decent Protein from the ricotta.

heidikat72 935 Posted December 31, 2015 The website "the world according to egg face" has a recipe for that. She is a lady who had WLS 9 years ago and has lots of great recipe ideas for the various post op stages. You can even do a search on her site specifically for pureed foods. Her story is inspirational and it's nice to see someone who is maintaining 9 years post surgery. I saw a recipe out here somewhere for a ricotta cheese bake.
