Starting weight: 317.2 Goal Weight: 299.8 Exercise Goal: 2.5 hours per week I am upping my exercise goal to 3.5 hours per week. I'm upping my exercise goal for the 3rd time. It is now 5 hours per week. With that said, I have a new time and distance exercise record of 13.86 Hours and 42.32 miles walked just last week!!!
