Starting weight: 317.2 Goal Weight: 299.8 Exercise Goal: 2.5 hours per week I am upping my exercise goal to 3.5 hours per week. Yes! Awesome! I'm going to join you. BranJ 3 Posted January 8, 2016 I would like to join your challenge.. I am 5 months post-op. My starting weight at surgery was 320. My current weight is 226. Rebeccaabrooks86 269 Posted January 11, 2016 So for this week I got in 4 hours and 52 minutes of exercise sooo close to my 5 hour goal! Maybe I'll get on my stationary bike tonight and rock it out. Also tomorrow (Monday-Which I'm counting as the start of the new week) I'm planning on going to yoga and using the treadmill. I also have been going up and down between 209-211 lbs. Right now I'm at 210.2...trying to drink a lot of Protein Shakes and eat a lot of Protein Bars to break the stall! Hope everyone else had a great week! Can't wait to hear from you!
