Question for all the fitbit users. I got my sleeve done on 12/4, and was told to eat about 600-800 calories. Are any of you doing what your dr told you to do, or are you following fitbit with eating back the calories you burn to stay in the green zone? I have my calories set to 700, but struggling to loose weight so I didn't know how everyone else is doing with fitbit and surgery. TIA for any advice!!!

I set mine at 600 when I got it last June, and track EVERYTHING that I put in my mouth. I only eat when hungry and try to leave 200 calories 'on the table' every day. I know what you're thinking, but I'm not hungry! My NUT said I'm doing great, my numbers are terrific. She told me as long as I'm not hungry and I'm maintaining my weight it's all good.

On days when I work out a lot, I may go as high as 700 calories.

I struggle to avoid the carbs, but have found who's grain bread products help with Constipation.< /p>

I do not eat back calories I earn in activity on my fitbit. Fact is, I wouldn't be able to.

I was told to get a min of 60 to 80 grams of Protein per day. I track to make sure I get them in but I don't really use the calorie calculation. I average around 700 calories a day. I'm three months post-op.

3 weeks Post Op and no, I do not eat my workout calories. I try to get between 500 and 700 calories a day. I struggle to get above 400 most days though.
