alisiak 25 Posted December 28, 2015 Thanks so much everyone! I had RNY on July 1st, 2015. The weight loss has really slowed down and although it's frustrating I know that if I stick to the plan I'll keep plugging away. It's so hard to stay off the scale! I'm only 5 pounds from my goal weight but my Dr says that I will continue to lose for another 3-6 months. Best decision I've ever made!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
