pok1 3 Posted January 14, 2016 (edited) I get my surgery tomorrow morning at 10am. I thought I could handle this like all my other surgeries but I'm a little nervous. I think it's the afterwards that scares me. Can I do it, will I be able to do it? I live in Austin, TX. Edited January 14, 2016 by pok1
helena74 3 Posted January 14, 2016 Hi, I'm being sleeved tomorrow! I'm in France, so I can be a buddy from afar :-) I know you won't be ready this soon since it's the 14th today, so I hope all went well!

Will I be able to stand it? I mean, my second child was 9lbs and my epidural stopped working and I was able to do that, but I also wasn't able to finish getting a tattoo because I got lightheaded and threw up! I don't know if I can trust what I thought my pain tolerance is anymore. I just don't want to be a sobbing, snotty mess afterwards. But, if I am, I am and hope they keep the good pain meds coming my way. I don't have to be at the hospital until 1.30p est, but I'll definitely be keeping you in my thoughts! molsun 0 Posted January 25, 2016 You guys have this. I had my surgery just over a year ago and very happy I did it. You will have your up's and down's but keep looking forward. We are all here for you. I am in the north seattle area and if you ever are in doubt I am here. We all need a support structure in place and I have had one of the best. Keep up the great work.
