I lost 93 pounds in 4 months but I dont feel much different.

I've lost 78'lbs and it's hard for me to see...I think it is because I was in denial about how big I was. Everyone else seems to notice.

I have the opposite problem I have lost 57 pounds in almost 5 months. As I lost 40 pounds pre-op when the doctor told me to lose 25 and I am 3 weeks out of surgery and have lost 17. Anyway I don't see 57 pounds as a big number but I went down 3 pants sizes and in shirts I went from a 3x to 4x down to a 1x I desperately need new bras as I am falling out the bottom lol I can now sit in my recliner Indian style! Among other things. You will get there.
