I'm in Stage 2 post op diet, semi soft foods stage. Would Kale be considered a semi soft vegetable?

I have been craving Kale with a little citrus spritz on it.

I had a terrible sliming/vomiting episode with Kale at two months post op. Just be careful, it is very harsh on your stomach.
