Quit eating sugar and junk and the cravings for them will go away. Go back to strict Protein and veggies for a couple weeks. This is how I get rid of the carb cravings whenever I start to feel out of control. It will clear the junk out of your system and empower you mentally to be able to adhere to your meal plan.< /p>

Not really to lose weight

Then just follow your program. Make sure you are getting in all of your Protein and Fluid and avoid starches and added sugars.

Eating cleanly is the best way to get sugar and carbs out of your system.
