thefinalgirl1971 26 Posted December 25, 2015 I have been banded over 13 years and have kept off over 100 pounds. I was currently back up 30 pounds due to slipping back into bad habits and a new very sedentary job but have already lost 7 again. I love this thing! I find that for me if I just listen to my band and try to follow the rules I do fine. I am very comfortable at a BMI of 27 and this is what I am aiming for again. I still want to lose like 25 pounds but I know that with my band's help I can do it!

Julie norton 2,850 Posted January 8, 2016 Great to read long time bander success! Even with a few unwanted pounds, just think about where we would be had we not had WLS . I believe I would have had a slow climb up in weight and I was already 250..... That was even lower than my highest weight. Yikes I try to not give the scale too much power.....I just am happy to feel "normal". In my size 12 body.... And dang happy about it over 60 years old And all that fun menopause stuff done.... Another happy 9+ year bander????
