Ronjohn 84 Posted December 25, 2015 I was sleeved yesterday and came home the same day. The pain is manageable. Hoping it goes away soon.
shriner37 249 Posted December 25, 2015 Congratulations! It should get better daily. At this point I'd just concentrate on managing pain and getting in as much Fluid as you can.

Ronjohn 84 Posted December 25, 2015 In all the questions I had I never asked that one. Not sure how I missed it. I believe they did the leak test while in surgery. Dr. Hart is very well versed in sleeves. I think United Health Care does allow a hospital stay, so you are gone within 23 hours. Once I urinated and walked I was pretty much ready tand go. WalkOnWaking 139 Posted December 25, 2015 I had a leak test done 24 hours after surgery and was allowed nothing by mouth until 36 hours. I guess everyone does it differently.

kymber79 0 Posted December 29, 2015 I was on the 23rd as well in Austin. I went home the same day as well. Overall things are going great although I feel sluggish but I have my follow up today and hope to move to phase 2 full liquids and hopefully that will help.
