hellos 19 Posted December 31, 2015 I think believing in my sleeve is the missing piece right now.....I felt that way about my lap band and it did work. I just thought I wouldn't feel hungry right now and so limited, especially this time of year. Do u feel full when u start to really eat or is it just a mind of matter? lazerider 78 Posted December 31, 2015 (edited) I feel full when I eat. My plate is a dessert plate not a regular plate. When I started this road trip I was eating off a full size plate. I felt horrible because my mind caught in late that I was full. So I was always feeling some kinda way after I ate. So than I went to a dessert plate now I eat a feel fine I can always get more food but I can't take away that feeling of over eating Edited December 31, 2015 by lazerider
hellos 19 Posted January 1, 2016 Ok I will try to use a smaller plate. I do find that I overeat before my stomach realizes that I'm full then I have a stomach ache many times. I think I need to pay attention to my portions and making sure I get in enough Protein. I've been feeling dizzy lately and I'm not sure what is causing it. lazerider 78 Posted January 1, 2016 (edited) Your body is going through a lot of changes. Make sure you eat and have Snacks with you just in case. I've been there. Your body is needing more but the trick is not to over eat. That's why smaller plates more often is the key Edited January 1, 2016 by lazerider
