Purée question.

I'll be starting purees soon. People talk about pureeing Hormel chili. Something like that, do you heat then purée? Or purée then heat?

Anything too hot in my blender will cause the plastic cup to crack. I'd smush, then heat.

I pureed then heated just my portion. The rest went in the fridge already pureed and ready for my next meal.
