Lap Band Success and keeping focused

Greetings!

I wanted to share a breif story about myself.

My husband had the lap band surgery done two years ago.

I was not ready at that time. I had many reservations and doubts from other readings and

opinions from other people.

After trying different techniques on my own. I was not having success.

I wanted instant results and able to decrease my cholesteroyl. I decided as a new year resoluton to

talk to Dr. DeBarros at Weight Loss Institute of Arizona.

Dr. Debarros is very helpful catering to my needs and listening ot my concerns.

I am so happy with the results and will continue to follow the diet plan and implementing

a consistent exercise plan.
