jennaggie 43 Posted December 20, 2015 Monday is my final weigh in with my surgeon. I had to lose 40 lbs before he would schedule it. I went to weigh in once in the meantime. I weighed at home and drove the hr to his office to weigh. His scale was 5 lbs higher . I am pretty sure I've lost the weight. According to my scales, as of today I've lost 44. Any tips or tricks on what to do Monday to keep my weight as low as possible when I go to him at 2:30? Do I eat? Not eat all day? Drink a lot of Water? Avoid drinks? Wear jeans? Advice is welcome! Susan66 128 Posted December 20, 2015 (edited) If it were me, today & tomorrow I would do a liquid diet of my Protein Drinks only. Have you been weighing in at Dr's office fully clothed? If you are just a few pounds off tomorrow at weigh in ask to be weighed in an exam gown. Take everything off, jewelry, bra & underpants. Best of luck to you. Cheeselife 68 Posted December 20, 2015 Cut out salt too, it makes you retain Water. Stay hydrated, but try not to drink for an hour or two before the appointment. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
jennaggie 43 Posted December 21, 2015 Thanks for the tips! I never thought about asking to take my clothes off. I'm pretty sure 90% of us here weigh that way lol. I will for sure not eat any solids tomorrow. I had my last meal at 2 today. I might tank up on Water tonight and stray from drinking much of anything tomorrow. I'm nervous! Thanks for the advice again! I'll come back with an update.
