maggie409 765 Posted December 19, 2015 Has anyone tried Kyani post-op. I have looked at the ingredients and it appears to be all natural. Just wondering if anyone has used it.
Pinkgirl1234 761 Posted December 19, 2015 What is Kyani?
maggie409 765 Posted December 20, 2015 It is a supplement. Lots of superfoods in them.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 20, 2015 Is this instead of a Multivitamin? As a supplement personally I would pass. I already take a multi, Calcium, Biotin and D3. Otherwise I eat a well rounded diet that contains whole grains, fresh fruit and veg. I get more than my share of superfoods. If you think it would help you, as long as it doesn't conflict with your existing Vitamins and supplements, I say go for it.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted December 20, 2015 This sounds like a question for your NUT. By the way, all natural doesn't necessarily mean good for you.
maggie409 765 Posted December 21, 2015 Not as a replacement for my supplements, but in addition to. I have read up on them and read the label and ingredients and everything seems to be above board. I was just hoping someone else had used it and could give me some insight as to their experience with the product
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 21, 2015 What's the point in taking it? Will it help with any deficits? It just feels unnecessary to me.
