I also had the VSG in August but haven't yet hit the 50 pound weight loss mark. I am feeling much better, though. Any tipes for us newbies what is a true typical day for u? Typical day is Protein shake for Breakfast. I currently am doing Peanut Butter banana flavored. I use banana extract and PB 2 powdered Peanut Butter so my shakes are 33 gms of Protein each. lunch usually is tuna fish or chicken or turkey breast and babybel light cheese. dinner is high protein meat or fish/shrimp. I drink a boatload of Water and depending on how much protein I get by dinner time, I may do another shake. I typically get 80-100 gms per day and 64 oz of Water.
