TinyTink 268 Posted December 18, 2015 I just saw a commercial for a new product called Centrum Vitamints. The "Vitamins that you enjoy like a mint". It looks like you take two daily. Anyone planning on trying these?
catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 18, 2015 I saw those at the store the other day - sounds intriguing. I haven't checked to see if they have everything we need, though
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 18, 2015 I got a free sample. I'm okay with swallowing so I probably won't buy them but they didn't taste bad.
_Kate_ 2,224 Posted December 18, 2015 I have used them since the surgery and love them plus my bloods have come back perfect both times. Yayyyyy. I did try the Centrum tablets and they made me throw up but that was a while ago so might try them again in a few months.

roundisashape 712 Posted December 18, 2015 I like the taste and they seem to be fairly comparable on the label to flintstones...but 2 of them makes a serving and it seems like I'd go through them pretty quickly at 4/day. Also checked them against the recommendations from my center and there's no Iron, and they come up short on thiamin and copper.
catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 18, 2015 I always take separate Iron pills so that's really not a problem - and I take B-complex every day so that covers the thiamine. so the copper is the only possible concern - at least for me. I'll have to check my Centrum Silver for copper, now that you mention it (I've always taken Centrum Silver - or the generic equivalent)
catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 18, 2015 I just compared them side-by-side with Centrum Silver. They are a little weak on the mineral side (the mint ones, that is). I'm surprised they didn't make them comparable to their other products. Guess I'll stick with Silver.
TinyTink 268 Posted December 19, 2015 Thanks to everyone for their input! I appreciate it very much.
organicman15 0 Posted December 30, 2015 I've seen their commercials, but I haven't tried them. We certainly have different Vitamins, so taking a product that we like is a bonus. Right now , I am taking natural vitamins. My doctor told me that Flintstone with Iron was enough but I wanted to have something a little more substantial.
