Smoothies

Hello my name is Rachel I am new to this form I had my surgery on November 30 so I'm 3 1/2 weeks I'm having a difficult time with my Protein I bought a Protein Powder and I'm trying to mix it with a smoothie but it still just taste disgusting does anyone have any suggestions on a good smoothie or maybe a different protein. I'm a very picky eater and I hate milk so I'm trying to get away from the milk-based Protein Drinks that's why I thought a smoothie would be the best I used to drink green smoothies and loved them. I'm also having a difficult time with the type of food that I can eat I just don't know what is the best thing to eat. Please help.

I found that blending in a half a banana made the Protein Shakes more tolerable to drink.

GENEPRO Protein powder is the best! It is odorless and tasteless. I order mine from Amazon and I make smoothies with it and I mix it in my yogurt and hot chocolate. Doesn't change the taste or texture at all.

I use the unflavored Unjury Protein, Water and a 1/2 package of sugar free Jello for flavor and it's not bad. It sounds weird but it's pretty good. I'm drinking a strawberry banana one now
