Should I do a pouch test? I am 7 months out, and lost 70lbs and have 20 left. I have stalled but workout about 6 days a week. I eat well and get my Protein in. Not sure if it's weight training or what...maybe exchange of fat for muscle??? Super annoying to bounce between 158 and 160 over and over.

Yes, you can try. Or just go back on your pre-op diet. I recently broke a long stall by going back to pre-op. Lost 6 lbs in 3 days on it so far. So yeah, it might be what you need to break through it.

Are you eating enough to compensate for the excersise? Most of the time I stalled, it was because I wasn't eating enough and excersising too much. I either had to back off on the excersise or up my calories.

Of course, it always helps to track what your intake of protien, carbs and calories is to know exactly where you're at so you can adjust accordingly. Are you tracking?
