courtnojudge90 7 Posted December 14, 2015 So I am starting my 2 week liquid diet. I am scared I am not going to make it. How did you guys fare? Did you drink Protein when you got hungry or have a set schedule for when you was drinking it? What all did you drink? I do need to buy some Jello and yogurt today when I get off of work. Share with me your experience being on the 2 week liquid diet. Thanks Starting at 491.6 due to my "Last Supper Week" I got to the point of where I no longer wanted to eat. catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 15, 2015 the first three days were tough - then it got *a lot* easier. I think I was supposed to have 5-6 Protein shakes a day. I could have all the Clear liquids I wanted, plus something like a cup of Tomato juice or V8 a day. I ate *a lot* of sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles because they were the only somewhat solid things on my list. I also liked the tomato juice/V8 because it had some substance. But I kept the liquids coming too (Crystal Light, broth, etc). It's tough but it does get a lot easier.... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

SaaxySam09 17 Posted December 15, 2015 I started today as well. As someone that suffers from Migraines, tonight has been very rough for me with not being able to eat something solid.
