livvsmum 2,369 Posted December 15, 2015 That's a tough stage that you are at. Your choices are so limited. Everyone has given you lots of good ideas. I don't really have food ideas to add. I will add though that I remember feeling SO emotional, angry, sad, irritable, etc at that point that you are at. You are starting to really feel the "loss" of your go-to choices. For me I was also dealing with the loss of my go-to coping mechanism, emotional eating. You really are learning a whole new lifestyle.
