betsy_1990 8 Posted December 11, 2015 I waited about 3 weeks. My daughter is almost a year and a half and weighs 26lbs so I was super careful when I picked her up. My doctor recommended waiting 4 weeks but she still sleeps in a crib and I had to get her out in the mornings so I didn't have a choice. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
