bjbauman 27 Posted December 10, 2015 I am almost 6 months post op and have not lost weight in a month. I know this is because I have slipped and made terrible choices. Am I alone? Has anyone done the same and successfully got back on track? Hw 245 Sw 218 Cw

Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted December 11, 2015 Go back to the pre-op diet for a while. Also, increase your exercise. Make sure to cut out the carbs because they will sabotage your weight loss.
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted December 11, 2015 Forgive yourself and get back on track. If you need help, make an appointment with your NUT, attend a support group, and/or see a therapist. Follow your program. Track your food. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids, take your Vitamins and supplements as directed, and exercise. Focus on how far you have come. Do you journal? Try shaking up your routine: try a new exercise class, a new healthy, high-protein recipe, a new hobby. Recommit to your program and new lifestyle. It's never too late to get back on track. Stalls are a normal, necessary, and natural part of the process of losing weight. So are mistakes. You know what works. bjbauman 27 Posted December 11, 2015 Thank you everyone! I don't journal but I will start. I went to the store last night and stocked up on my Protein. I was running 4 mikes a day 4 days a week but quit about 3 weeks ago. I'm determined I am going to stop hitting snooze and start getting up again! Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone!!!!!
