Rebeccaabrooks86 269 Posted December 10, 2015 I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the physician run Medi-Weight Loss Clinics. They have several weight loss supplements they use including two called "Fat Burner" and "Stay Slim". They also sell shakes and Protein Snacks. I was wondering on other people's take of the clinic and/or the supplements...? Thanks to all!
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 10, 2015 Not for me. The meds are almost always some form of phenedrine and the Protein Shakes and supplies are likely no different than than what's sold here at the Bariatric Pal Store or any other shop like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Personally I am not a diet drug type of gal. The risks far outweigh the benefits.

pouch power 3 Posted December 31, 2015 (edited) Though I agree regarding supplements, I do use high Protein snacks/foods from Diet Direct and Bariatric Pal. Specifically, I use the oatmeal (90 calories), Bari Wise chips and Peanut Butter chocolate bars. Just make sure you keep conscious of the carbs and sugar while tracking everything you eat.
