Traveling out of the country

I am currently 14 weeks post op and will be traveling to London at the end of the month. I am super worried about food because I am a picky eater and my pouch is super picky. I was thinking about bringing individual Meal Replacement shakes and a shaker bottle, Quest bars and what else? Obviously space and weight in my suitcase will be at a premium because I'll be outside a lot and have to pack layers for the rain and cold.

Anyone have any advise? food and hydration are my biggest worry along with comfy waterproof boots.

I would recommend getting the Protein bouillon and hot chocolate from the Bariatric Pal Store. They come in packets, usually 7 to a box, and they only need 8 ounces of hot Water to dissolve in. Plus, they are healthy and have at least 15g of Protein per pack. I always have a couple packets with me just in case. the beef is the best bouillon flavor and the raspberry hot chocolate is sooo good.

I take my shaker bottle, several individual packets of Protein Powder, and some Protein Bars with me when I travel.
