ladee2279 29 Posted December 8, 2015 I just got home from the hospital a few hours ago. I'm so tired of sleeping on my back, but it hurts to try and sleep on my side. Did anyone else experience this? Any suggestions on do's and dont's as I enter this new phase in life?
magtart 603 Posted December 8, 2015 Try propping a pillow under your side. It worked for me.
wannaBthinsoon 1,634 Posted December 9, 2015 I stacked some comfy fluffy pillows up in the corner of my bed and the wall, and I propped myself up on the pillows. That was heaven. Better than a recliner, even!
MsCyrus 90 Posted December 9, 2015 I read that a body pillow can really help. Can anyone go to Bed, Bath & Beyond for you?
dewythecat 4 Posted December 9, 2015 I couldn't sleep on my side for weeks. I slept mostly in my recliner for the first week. I actually went and bought recliner post op day 2 when I couldn't get up out of my couch, lol.
