Welcome Bblane53! You will find this forum very helpful. I can't help with the after part as I won't be banded until 7/26 but I can tell you that reading here was extremely helpful!!

Good luck BB!! I'm have my "baby weight" for 31 years and though I have been up and down, I have not have much sucess. I will be banded Friday and I hope everything is about to change!!
