I am sorry for your losses in your brother and best friend. Perhaps the pain will lessen in time? But kudos on your NSV in not turning to alcohol and food to deal with the pain.

I hope 2016 will be a good year for you.

Kindle, you remind me that this is possible. We all have struggles but we don't have to turn back to food for comfort. I have read many of your posts and appreciate all you have done to contribute to everyone on this journey. Congratulations on your success!
