I'm not lazy and get on but so tired as soon as I do something .Very jealous of all people on here who are already exercising. Taking vit ,protein, drink Water ,ect. Help !!!! You're probably only getting 400 or less calories a day at 4 weeks out; so of course your body will be severely fatigued and have no energy. Is it normal Perfectly normal. recovery time varies person to person. Some of us snap back in a matter of days, other need a few weeks to sort ourselves.
