Rapid Pulse 3 weeks after surgery

I had surgery 11/11/15. I woke up with rapid heart rate. I took my blood pressure, it was 113/87 & 94pulse, then about 1/2 hour later while still lying down it was 118/76 P90.

Anyone else have this problem?

I went to see my surgeon 2 days ago for the extreme dizziness, it's been corrected now this!

Please any guesses?

That rate is still within normal limits. Any fever? Dizziness? Drinking enough?

No I've been home since 11/13/15. That's why I am concerned.

I thought I was pretty hydrated and no They just took me off blood pressure meds a few days ago.
