rking 484 Posted December 2, 2015 I flew to Dallas for my first post op appointment. I am 15 days out. I am doing fantastic. Could not be any better. At home it is easy to eat right because I have everything there that I need. This morning at the hotel for Breakfast, it was a "free" one with eggs, bacon, Cereal, Bagels, cream cheese, you know the ones. I have always pigged out at those. This morning I had a yogurt, juice, and milk. They may seem like a small thing but I actually made a good choice! I CAN do it!!!!!!

Mania 128 Posted December 2, 2015 Congratulations. As someone whose job requires frequent travel (40+ weeks a year for last 15 years) I know how hard this is. If you ever have to travel again check out Marriott's Residence Inns. They are like studio apartments with full kitchens. And here's the best part, most of them have a grocery delivery service to your room. I have occasionally called them the morning of my arrival and they were nice enough to grab a few items to get me through the first night and breakfast the next morning.
