jhclikesshopping@gmail.com 285 Posted December 1, 2015 Hi Ladies, I have lost over 120 pounds and up till a month ago I did not buy new bras. I know... lazy, scared who knows... So last month went to Nordstrom, was fitted and have new bras. Let me tell you - my back feels better. So advice - do not be like me.... go get new bras for each 25-30 pounds lost.... grandmaofone 411 Posted December 1, 2015 I lost 75 pounds before I bought new bras, just got them this weekend:) I told myself I only have about 25 pounds till goal so I should be able to still wear them as it is really just toning and some belly fat I still need to lose. BeagleLover 1,020 Posted December 1, 2015 I've gotten really nice ones from the thrift shop... no need to wait so long or spend that much.
CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted December 1, 2015 What triggered me was when I went clothes shopping and for grins tried on a cute bra. I could NOT believe how much better I looked in the clothes with a well fitting bra!
AnA92212 577 Posted December 1, 2015 I have went from a 48 DD to a 36 C so far. I had to buy bras early on because I had a baby 6 weeks before surgery. Love buying cute bras.
Chelle Bean 51 Posted December 1, 2015 How exciting ! I can not wait to be smaller than a 38 H My back and shoulders KILL me! Congrats on that great new feeling with your back.
lorri716 256 Posted December 1, 2015 I definitely need new ones. My girls fall out every time I bend forward, well unless I'm wearing a sports bra over it. I hate the thought of spending money on bras!
Mistie 201 Posted December 2, 2015 I guess it's that time for me. I've lost 79 pounds and I look like a homeless person. I saw myself in the mirror at the office today, and turned sideways going, 'where'd they go?!?' Lol
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 2, 2015 I'm at 40C down from a 46DD. I had no choice, my bra cups were saggy and sad looking under my clothes. First I wore a few bras that had gotten too small. Now I just buy 2 -3 and wash them out at night. I used to love having a bra wardrobe, but it doesn't make sense while I am not getting that much wear out of them. And here's a vanity tip. When you girls are sitting where they should be it makes your torso look leaner and longer.
curvybritt 53 Posted December 2, 2015 I think it's because it's so hard to buy nice bras in large sizes, so my mentality is that it's still going to be too hard. Thanks for the tip!
