Indieflickers 298 Posted December 2, 2015 I'm jealous! I'm 99% sure I don't need mine anymore because I'm on the lowest possible setting and I seem to wake up burping from all the air, but I'd like to do another sleep study to confirm it. For those of you who have managed to stop using it, how did you do it - slow transition or cold turkey? Despite the fact that it's given me sore on my nose, I don't know how to sleep without it! Bandista 7,466 Posted December 3, 2015 @@Indieflickers Hi Indie, what worked for me was going away without the machine. First few times I went right back to it when I got home -- missed it! -- but this last time I think maybe we are there....
Indieflickers 298 Posted December 3, 2015 @@Bandista that's good to know! I'm a little worried because I work really long hours so I need to get the best sleep I can but at the same time, the mask is damaging my face and I'm tired of waking up with extra air in my stomach.
