When I hear what people are eating weeks out and it's les than me, it makes me worry I'm doing something wrong. So here is my completed menus for the last 2 days. 8am - 8 ounce Protein shake 9am - 4 ounces Water 10am-4 ounces Water / Jello 11am-4 ounces water 12pm- Popsicle 1pm - 8 ounce Protein Shake 2pm - 8 ounces water 3pm - Popsicle 4pm - 8 ounces water 5pm - broth 6pm - 8 ounces water 7pm - 4 ounces water 8pm - 4 ounces water 9pm - 8 ounce Protein Shake 10pm 11pm - Popsicle Today 11/29/15 9am - 8 ounce Protein shake 10am- 4 ounces water / Jello 11am- 8 ounces water 12am- 4 ounces water / Popsicle 1pm - 11 ounces protein shake 2pm - 4 ounces water 3pm- 4 ounces water 4pm - 8 ounces Egg Drop Soup 5pm - Jello 6pm- 8 ounces water 7pm - 8 ounces water 8pm - Popsicle 9pm - 8 ounce protein shake Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
