Hi all! Newly bypassed here... struggling with protein

I make my shakes with Water and add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or Peanut Butter... Put it in the blender with ice... Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top before drinking... I use a combat Protein powder, Cookies and cream flavor.

Ugh... Protein drinks. I'm 8 weeks out (RNY) and experienced low energy. Nurse gave me some powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury to try and I love it. I also bought Inspire Cafe Latte and drink every morning mixed with cold coffee and 1% milk for my iced latte fix. I feel more energetic but not 100%. Everyone tells me to be patient. Day at a time.
