Hi, I was just wondering what Protein Powder some people use and the cost. I feel like the one from my Dr is kinda costly.

Everyone uses different kinds. I suggest going on Amazon.com and looking at the prices there, they're usually pretty good.

This is the Protein powder I've used since surgery. It's delicious and cost effective.

I buy mine from GNC I have they're membership which is only 15 bucks a month and the powder is 24 bucks for 31 servings

I love the fruit flavors and the Cappuccing flavor of Syntrax Nectars, and they are better mixed with Water than they are with milk.

Yeah I totally prefer soy milk than Water. It's just to bland with water.

I use Pure Protein. Walmart carries it as well as my grocery store.
