atontor 1,068 Posted December 12, 2015 Basically followed the diet my doctor provided and just tweaked it a bit. Granola bars have become my replacement for a snickers bar. I may have a spoon or two of rice and Pasta about once a month but that's it. I don't miss it at all. I have seen a big difference in my skin since I started the gym. I'm definitely getting toned. Author Andrea 16 Posted December 12, 2015 I notice I don't miss rice at all. Not sure it'll be the same for noodlesome but I'm glad there's wheat noodles and spinach noodles, even gluten free.
