paradise farm 8 Posted November 27, 2015 My name is Paul and I have my sleeve surgery scheduled for Dec 1. Been on pre-op diet and no deviation. It's been tough no doubt. Hopefully the liver shrinks as needed. Started back in May June going through the paces. Started out at 335. Currently at 280. Nervous and excited all at once. If I can get through Thanksgiving on this pre op I feel I can make it!

paradise farm 8 Posted December 5, 2015 Update: surgery was just under an hour. All went well Wednesday home by 4 on Friday. Now working and I mean working in fluids! Man it's a job. So far so good. All food on TV and around me have negative thoughts. Almost make me nauseated. Smells are strong too.
