VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted November 26, 2015 My shrink has been encouraging me to NOT track every day. And today I'm not tracking. I ate a little of almost everything. I enjoyed it all. Very unlike last year when I was still in the losing phases. I was much more regimented last year -- and pushing a lot of food around my plate while everyone else was chowing down.
