BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted November 23, 2015 Water is key. I am very regular, anywhere from 1 -3 times a day. I find that on the days when I get plenty of Fiber and Water I tend to go more. I drink plenty of water and it does not help. May for you not me. That's not my point. It's not water alone that does it, but water does help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted November 23, 2015 I am vegetarian, most of my Protein comes from plant based sources and Beans. I eat plenty of fresh veg as well. In the all liquid stage I would add spinach to my Protein shakes. I'm 14mths out and eat raw veg nearly every day. I also do whole grains in small amounts.
