Speaking of salad, I am having a really nice one for lunch! I do use full fat Salad Dressing in my salad. That little bit of fat is important and keeps you fuller longer.

I also eat full fat cheese which I eat daily.

I do however watch the sugar content in my dressings. I either make it homemade or I select the ones in the refrigerator section of my produce department. There are a few that I will use in a pinch. When I make dressing homemade I use a good olive oil for my fat.

@@Djmohr - didn't think you were wrong...just figured your doctor/nut told you a different plan. I LOVE veggies and would prefer your ratio, than the one we share :o

I ate all vegetables in the soft stage. just used my emulsifier until the lumps were gone. texture gone but the taste was still there.
