L.Harmony 64 Posted November 19, 2015 My surgery was on October 28th, I feel like I haven't been losing enough weight. I've been at a standstill for almost a week. I've been exercising multiple times a week. Thoughts?
miiasan 370 Posted November 19, 2015 yeah, there are several posts on here about stalls - take a look at them. As long as you are following your doctor's instructions you should be fine. A week without the scale moving isn't really a stall - sometimes your body just needs to catch up to your weight loss. If the scale continues not to move it might help to increase your Protein if you are only doing the minimum right now. take a look around the forum though - there are posts about stalls that could be helpful to you.. Good luck with your journey!
Djmohr 6,965 Posted November 19, 2015 Stalls are a common part of the process. Your body simply needs time to breathe. Follow your food, drink and exercise plan and the stall will take care of itself. If seeing the stall frustrates you, the best thing you can do is stay off the scale. I have had many stalls over the last 14 months, they all break in their own time. Good luck!
