I had to re-focus on my exercise, yesterday in the afternoon I was watching tv and told myself that I needed to do some workout. It's been colder outside so it's hard for me to get into the working out mode. You know when I had the surgery I remembered how much I enjoyed the taebo video exercise so I went online ordered the DVDs thru Amazon and guess what is the old one the one that it had the instructional, basic and 8 min workout. Rdsegobia 121 Posted November 24, 2015 My day has been good, we went to the Apple Store to get my laptop fix. However, traffic is crazy with all the people shopping for Christmas. We went to chick filet to eat and I had the grilled chicken nuggets. They were good and 140 calories, not bad. I also took a Protein Shake cause I new I was going to be out for more then 4 hours. Rdsegobia 121 Posted November 24, 2015 What is everyone doing for thanksgiving dinner? I have 2 college kids, a daughter and a son and my 8 year old son. Well, they already made a list of the food they want and everything is very high in calories and carbs. My son wants tamales which he gets home tomorrow so I made them already. For thanksgiving dinner they wants ribs, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese (homemade) and fried corn. My goodness I will need to be very careful. Oh and Desserts.
