They are not going to give me any Water until I take a upper gi test and Dr sees the results

No, tho my incisions look very fresh, and I'm covered in glue and some sort of blue antiseptic residue! It definitely feels like someone's been punching my stomach though!

I got to come home at 11:30 am today!

That's good! How are you feeling? I slept so much better in my own bed, though I had to make a pillow nest to get close to comfortable.
