My first real stall

Well I think I have finally hit my first real stall. By that I mean, I've been the same weight for 7 days. I've done a 3 say stall but not a week straight. I know that I'm not getting all the fluids and Proteins I need and I'm sure that's the problem. I'm considering adding some Protein Shakes back into my daily diet. I've also go to eliminate all carbs. I've got alot on my plate at home right now therefore carbs have made their way back into my life. I seriously need to reboot!

Congratulations!

Stalls are a normal, necessary, and natural part of the process of losing weight.

It doesn't hurt to go back to basics but, I wouldn't cut out all carbs (that seems pretty drastic). Maybe consider just avoiding starches.
