Every time I would push my belly would fluxuate and I would get a dizzy spell it was the worst thing ever what is going on with my body I think I'm lactose intolerant now I just started taking plenty of Protein I don't think my body likes it Help I don't want experience that again poo from hell Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm on up and go energise, because opti fast wast making me drowsy and sick, and I was only getting 30 g of Protein in a day supposed to be 100g my dietician told me to not worry about sugars or cals just protein also I'm she told me to go on a full fat yoghurt called Chobani because it's high in protein so I don't know if it's either.
