Segulah613 56 Posted November 17, 2015 Thanks all for your thoughts and prayers! Surgery went well, recovery not so well! I have chronic back pain and it's become even more chronic since surgery. Pain meds only give me about 2hr relief, so I try and walk then. If it wasn't for the back pain I think I would be ok! Hope the ones who had their surgery are doing well, and the NOV. rking 484 Posted November 21, 2015 Try walking more when your pain meds are in full effect. Walking takes away the gas that gets trapped in chest and back including upper back. Walking helps! That and gas strips. Each day is better and better! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
