Thanks all for your thoughts and prayers! Surgery went well, recovery not so well! I have chronic back pain and it's become even more chronic since surgery. Pain meds only give me about 2hr relief, so I try and walk then. If it wasn't for the back pain I think I would be ok!

Hope the ones who had their surgery are doing well, and the NOV. Sleevers my prayers are with you!!

I wish I could have stayed an extra day due to my pain level. I'm sorry to hear about the nausea I hope all is getting better for you and you're able to keep liquids down! Happy to hear your surgery was a success!

Mayflower...call your surgeon and ask for Zofran/ Ondansetron. Or a scopolamine patch.

Try walking more when your pain meds are in full effect. Walking takes away the gas that gets trapped in chest and back including upper back. Walking helps! That and gas strips. Each day is better and better!
