BairwithMe 144 Posted November 13, 2015 Just happy and thankful today! Got on the scale and I am at 219! Have not been under 220 in yearsssss. I am three weeks out and still learning how to work with my sleeve and listen to it. I am also realizing how much I used to graze. Wow I find myself at my desk looking for a snack. NOT HUNGRY. I am trying to be mindful of that and get up-stretch my legs-get something to drink if I want-but leave the food alone. So amazing what habits can do to us. I am finally able to cross my legs. Amazing feeling. and I know this one will sound silly but I am able to fold my hands like I am praying with the fingers all entwined and folded down. I couldn't do that before-fingers were to chubby. This sleeve is saving my life. So Grateful. Happy Friday all.. peace out trouts.
